Elgin Masonic has put a team together consisting of Bill Metzger, Ed Kenny, Joe Nugara Sr., Joe Nugara Jr., Myron Goldman and Jerry Frawley. Together this team of people create and promote the lodge in the proper manner. Our goal is to show the community that the Masonic organization is clearly a positive fraternity of brothers who are working to make good men better and allow people to get active in charity events, social events and various other fundraising specials. Mason's have been around for many hundreds of years all with the same morals and integrity of keeping the tradition alive.
MEDIA & COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE- HELPING MASON'S GROW .
It is a step towards a positive future when joining Elgin Lodge No. 117. The team of people who are promoting this lodge are using various avenues to reach people and re-educate them on what the foundation is and what the foundation stands for. The myth of a secret society has been placed in the minds of people through second and third hand information. We will attempt to remove that myth through our newest promotional videos, television show, radio programs and more.
If you are interested in becoming a part of history and possess the ability to participate in television or radio we welcome you to call or email us. Students over the age of 18 can apply to assist us in our television program where you can obtain a credit on our show to assist you in your future of broadcasting. We will provide you with an education as well as your ability to get involved with the oldest fraternity known on the planet - The Mason's.
WE ONLY ASK FOR YOU TO EDUCATE YOURSELF IN UNDERSTANDING WHAT THIS LODGE IS ABOUT AND ALL THE GOOD THINGS WE HAVE DONE FOR PEOPLE ! IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE FUTURE OF MAN KIND THEN THE MASON'S ARE CERTAINLY A TRUE PLACE WHERE BROTHERS ARE UNITED.
To be honest, it is just a bunch of guys who get together to try various things with the understanding of helping people achieve a better way of life. By joining our lodge you are not obligated to anything but what you want to do. Only a yearly due to be associated is require at $50 per year to be a part of a historical tradition of great men. Religion is not an issue cause this is not a religious group. It is a fratenity similar to a College or University. So if you enjoyed college then you will most certainly appreciate this because you do not have to leave after four or five years. This is a fraternity for as long as you want! The fun just doesn't have to stop!
Next - You can work on a television show, a radio program, a podcast and help your resume to getting involved. Interns for broadcasting can easily join the Mason's and get connected to a show or if possible, host a show for a better experience and a well know organization. We are just here to assist our brothers in their abilities and allow you to grow with us.
